IMPORTANT: Before installing the application on your phone, make sure it has already been acquired by your condominium management. Without this requirement, it is not possible to install and use the system!

The COM21 App offers easy and practical solutions for interaction between residents/associates, condominium managers, and administrators.

With the application, you can stay informed about your condominium or association from anywhere!

Check out the available features:

• View open charges for your unit and obtain a duplicate invoice (with automatic fines and interest recalculation);
• Make reservations and check the availability of common spaces/services;
• Access condominium news;
• Access condominium/association documents (such as meeting minutes, bylaws, or financial statements);
• Communicate with the manager and administrators through self-service;
• Create a network of relationships through classifieds, lost and found, carpooling groups (easy carpooling);

Next, download and activate your access account. This activation can be done in two ways: through the invitation sent by email from your condominium management or through the application itself (just click on the "Sign up" option using the identifier number described on your invoice).
